Our November Voyager Club Dinner welcomes our guests to come and enjoy food and drink that celebrates A Trip to Canada on November 25th and 26th.

Join us for an immersive evening celebrating the diverse and deeply rooted flavours of Canadian cuisine. This special event features a five-course dinner highlighting sustainable, thoughtfully prepared dishes inspired by Canada’s rich culinary landscape - drawing from Indigenous traditions and European influences, particularly French and British. Enjoy iconic dishes like poutine, tourtière, and butter tarts, along with local favourites featuring maple syrup, wild game, fresh seafood like salmon and lobster, and other regional specialties made with seasonal, local ingredients.

This ticket includes 5 course dinner and tastings. Additional drinks are available to purchase. Tip is not included.
