Expect iconic favourites like Feijoada (black bean stew), Moqueca (seafood stew), Pão de Queijo (cheese bread), and Churrasco (Brazilian barbecue), all made with regional staples like rice, beans, cassava, and fresh coastal seafood.

This special event features a five-course dinner highlighting sustainable, thoughtfully prepared dishes inspired by Canada’s rich culinary landscape - drawing from Indigenous traditions and European influences, particularly French and British. Enjoy iconic dishes like poutine, tourtière, and butter tarts, along with local favourites featuring maple syrup, wild game, fresh seafood like salmon and lobster, and other regional specialties made with seasonal, local ingredients.
